Frequently Asked Questions
How much manual work is there?
You need to tell Flagstand your iRacing league ID, create the different series your league runs, the points schemes you want to use, and the time boxes (think seasons) you might have. Once you do that, every new iRacing season you add has a quick setup wizard that takes less than 3 minutes to complete. Once those are in place, everything else is automated — from schedule creation, race results, and points to Discord posts and race summaries.
Do you have a free trial?
No — we don't offer a free trial. Our Starter plan lets you add a league and walk through the full workflow so you can see if Flagstand fits your league. If there's a feature you think your league might need, let us know — we're happy to help.
Can I upgrade or downgrade later?
Yes! You can change your plan at any time from your league dashboard. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards through Stripe.
Is there a limit on race sessions?
No — all plans allow for unlimited race sessions. We only scale our plan pricing around features and functionality, which generally increase our operational costs as well.
Do you offer league migration support?
Absolutely, if you need it — but our system is built to handle all of your data migration with one click from iRacing's actual data.
